WASHINGTON, May 6, 2015 – Neighborhood Retail Group (NRG), a Washington-based retail leasing brokerage firm, announced today its official company launch, coinciding with the debut of its website, www.NeighorhoodRetail.com. An affiliate of Borger Management, Inc., NRG specializes in the facilitation of lasting partnerships between commercial property landlords and tenants in Washington, D.C., Virginia and Maryland.

Co-founded by Bethany Kazaba Scanlon, Joseph Borger (both pictured left) and Thomas Borger, NRG delivers a complete package of landlord representation services – including marketing, leasing, tenant build-out coordination and construction services, property management, lease administration and lease renewal services. At its launch, NRG holds a current portfolio of more than 180 properties, community centers and specialty retail properties.
