Neighborhood Retail Group recently announced Café Chocolat, a premier chocolate and coffee retailer, will open at 1423 H Street, NW, Washington, DC in Spring 2017. Founder Gjergj Dollani created the “beans to bar” concept as a place to discover and experience the best in high-end chocolate and specialty coffee.

Neighborhood Retail Group secured the location for Café Chocolat in DC’s Southern Building—only blocks away from the heart of Penn Quarter, Pennsylvania Avenue and the White House—appealing to both residents and the tourism community.
